New Clients
New clients are asked to arrive promptly on time. We will go over your health history to establish a baseline for the therapeutic treatment and rule out any contraindications.
Returning Clients
Returning clients are asked to arrive on time as well to update your current physical condition to allow the session to be tailored to your individual needs.
During the Massage
Draping is performed with a sheet such that only the area currently being worked on is exposed. Private areas remain draped at all times per Standard of Practice by the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. If at anytime, you need to adjust your laying position or the pressure of techniques, we encourage you to be vocal and communicate this during your session as this is your treatment and your comfort level is very important to your therapist. All sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature and adhere to the CMTO Standards of Practice.
After the Massage
Take a few minutes to relax and have a stretch. Your therapist will review any homecare instructions and set an appointment for your next treatment.
Where can I park?
There is free, onsite parking available.
How will I feel after the massage?
Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days.
What are your business hours?
We are open 7 days a week with morning to evening availability with both male and female RMT's. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
What is your referral program?
We currently offer a referral program that allows clients to receive $10 off their treatment for every booked referral.
Do you provide direct billing?
At this time, we do not provide direct billing. An insurance receipt will be issued to you where a claim can be submitted.
Do you offer same day appointments or walk in?
We do not offer same day appointments or walk in's. All appointments must be scheduled in advanced, we ask 24 hours. This give's us time to prepare ourselves and begin to formulate a treatment plan for you. RMT's are not onsite otherwise.
Cancellation policy: Please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments, will be charged the full fee amount. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that insurance providers do not cover missed appointment fees. Thank you!
