I have been in the health care field mastering my style of touch, flow and approach to the body and soul. A graduate of a 2200 hour, Registered Massage Therapy program from an accredited college in Toronto. I believe in the magical healing and power of touch. Attention to ongoing personal and professional development as a therapist means that during treatments, I can be present and grounded bringing into the session qualities of grace, fluidity and rhythm.
My clinical focus is treatments for women with neck pain and upper body stressed related issues.

Hi there! My name is Ulyses and I am a licensed RMT under the CMTO. Prior to Massage Therapy, I used to work in the social service field as a Child and Youth Worker. That background, as well as my passion for movement greatly influences my approach to treatment. I particularly enjoy doing rehab treatments. During these treatments I use various combination of techniques such as deep tissue, joint mobilization, active release, and passive techniques to get the body back into its best functional state. I am experienced in working with a wide variety of clientele and I am able to utilize different modalities including hot stone and cupping.
When I'm not working, I am probably outside, trying new food places, looking for new hiking spots, or training my body.

Hello and welcome! My name is Jessica.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO and a Registered Canadian Reflexologist with the RAC. I have extensive experience working with a variety of clientele who have been in motor vehicle accidents, an array of conditions, injuries, anxiety and neurological disorders. I am certified in oncology massage and continue to take courses to further my knowledge in providing treatments for individuals who are going through or have gone through cancer treatments, including mastectomy and breast reconstructive surgery. I truly believe movement is a strong part of our recovery and healing journey. I have taken and continue to upgrade myself in a variety of yoga trainings, and look forward to teaching yoga and mobility classes. I enjoy keeping up to date with current research and love to learn a variety of holistic approaches and modalities to healing as I believe that we are all individuals and your treatment should be specific to you.
