Clients can use the link below to schedule your appointment. A credit card is required for all bookings. Your card is not charged and is only used to secure your appointment. A standard health history form AND credit card input are both required to be completed 48 hrs minimum, prior to your first appointment. 

*An appointment will NOT be accepted without BOTH requirements as per our cancellation policy and Standards of Practice.
